In late June gardens are bursting with colour and so a trip to visit some of the best in Devon is not to be missed.
The gardens of RHS Rosemoor in Great Torrington, Forde Abbey near Chard and Burrows Farm were all bursting with summer colours, especially the roses at RHS Rosemoor and the meadow orchids at Burrows Farm Garden. Forde Abbey was awash with poppies and borders bursting with colour.
For interest, the tour included Beer and Lyme Regis, not forgetting the Seaton Tramway from Colyton to Seaton.
